The fourth generation 993 Porsche 911 Carrera was introduced in 1993.

While the cabin area retained the image of the previous generation 964 model, the exterior was reborn with a more modern impression thanks to aerodynamic improvements such as low front fenders and sloping headlights.

The rear fenders were widened, and a multi-link rear suspension was adopted for the first time to provide stability.

The improved 3.6-liter air-cooled horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine mounted in the rear delivers a maximum output of 272ps, up 22ps from the previous generation.

While inheriting the traditional RR layout, the new model responded to the demands of the times with improved fuel economy and refined ride comfort,

It boasts a high degree of perfection and is still highly popular today as the “last air-cooled model.
