Dinky Toys 451 Johnston Road Sweeper​.

This is a Dinky toy made in England in 1960s-1970s. This example has orange cab and silver painted lights and grill.

This toy is all original, missing hose and small brush on left side, and in excelelnt condition in terms of appearance.
