Please look at the pictures closely, I've noticed this model comes in 2 versions. one in red and black, and this one in red with a silver bed. I'm not sure which is the earlier version.
You're getting the fire truck as pictured. The truck itself is either in near mint or mint condition. The box has a tear and old tape repair as shown in the pictures, the rest of the box is in very nice shape. Also included are the instructions for replacing the cord on the ladder and a foam pad that keeps the ladder from damaging the red paint on the cab. This is definately a rare piece in this condition.
