We strive to provide an accurate description of all items. PLEASE, please, please EMAIL OR CALL with any additional questions you may have. Keep in mind, you are bidding on a vintage item - expect natural aging....look at the large pictures provided. Also, please be aware that close up pictures might emphasize dust and minor imperfections that you won't see with the naked eye. Most of our items are from 30 to 50 years old and will have some degree of stress cracks, crazing, etc. Expect them. We do not highlight 'typical wear' unless we feel it is out of the norm. Additionally, wires get brittle, rubber dry rots, strings get frail. Talking mechanisms go mute. Battery operated items stop working. All our items are sold for display purposes only. We will always tell you the operability of items in our possession - but we cannot, in any way, offer any guarantees of their continued operability.

- Payment is due within 2 days of auction close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days. Ebay defaults to only online payments but we have no problem with personal checks or money orders. Just be sure to tell us you're sending one and note that checks are held up to 10-15 days to clear.
- We will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on payment. This is an eBay mandatory requirement. Please be sure to select the appropriate address when making payment.

- We do not charge packing nor handling fees. Signature required on all packages over $500.
- Combined shipping: Yes, we combine shipping and ship at exact cost. Please request invoice prior to payment (or it will cost you a little more due to eBay's fee structure)
- Shipping Time: Our normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a one business day processing time needed for shipments (ie items paid by midnight Sunday will go out Tuesday. We try to get most items paid on Monday shipped on Tuesday - but if time doesn't permit, please don't expect package to ship until Friday).
- ATTENTION UK Buyers: Yes....we DO ship to the UK. Unfortunately, eBay has a glitch in many of our listings that excludes the UK from our ship-to locations - even though we specifically include the UK when creating the listing. We can fix this but need to do it on a case-by-case basis (we don't always know when it doesn't show up). If you do not see the UK listed and would like to purchase (or at least see the cost to ship to you) please let us know and we'll adjust the listing. Until eBay fixes this issue, this is at least a work around. Thanks, L & L

Damaged Items: If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately. Please be sure to retain ALL packaging including the box and packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim for you.
Returns: Due to the nature of vintage and collectible items, there are no returns. Everything is sold AS-IS. Buyer is responsible for reading description and reviewing large pictures provided. The pictures are comprehensive - if it's not in the picture, it's not included. The items we sell are vintage collectables so expect natural aging/wear. However, we will consider a return if there was a significant oversight in listing. Please contact us for authorization. Buyers would be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance would be required and must cover the eBay final bid price. Changes of heart (ie buyer's remorse) will never be a legitimate return reason. We will not consider for return any 'sealed' item which has been open by buyer - regardless of contents. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns or order cancellations - at our discretion. We do NOT offer partial refunds. -

Please do not ask us to put down a false amount or classify as a gift. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and pay all their own country's duty/import taxes and fees.NOTE 2025 Update: Once again, eBay has implemented policies that are insane for small time sellers - especially those selling vintage items. We respect our customers - and expect the same in return. We're not Amazon. We do NOT take items back for 'any reason' that a buyer decides to make up. Nor do we accept cancellations of orders. We expect our customers to be mature and enter into agreements that mean something to them AND us. The abuses of these policies has gotten insane. As have the costs in time and money to us. Anyone forcing returns or cancellations through eBay policies will be banned from all future business with us.

In further attempts to alienate sellers - and become a carbon copy of Amazon - eBay has instituted a 'cancellation' policy for orders. Basically allowing buyers to cancel after a sale and paid purchase. Well, we're not Amazon - nor are we Target or Walmart. Nor are we selling brand new merchandise that we have in infinite quantity - for 99% of our items, it's the only one we have. Therefore, we couldn't disagree more with this policy. We expect our customers to know what they want BEFORE they buy and pay for it. This goes completely against what is a standard - and has been for centuries - business model for sellers selling vintage items. Hence, we shall be blocking any buyer from future business with us if they ask for a cancellation. We don't have the bandwidth nor desire to deal with cancellations.
